Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your items, please let us know so we can find a solution and make things right. We ask that you please read our return policy in full and follow the steps to return/exchange your item(s)!
Please note, we accept returns for store credit or exchange only. We reserve the right to inspect all items before store credit is issued.
Return Conditions:
- Purchases must be returned back to us within 15 business days from receipt.
- Item(s) must be in the same condition as when it arrived to you, in order to be acceptable for a return (unworn, unwashed & with tags attached).
- No makeup stains, deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
- Any items labeled “Final Sale” cannot be returned/exchanged.
- Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of the receipt. Please email us at contact@corabelles.us with detailed photos of any damages.
Return/Exchange Information:
There are 2 options when making a return online:
1.You need a size exchange for the same product.
Please be sure to let us know when returning which size you would like to exchange for. (If that size is not available, a store credit will automatically be issued)
2. Refund for a store credit.
Please let us know the reason for your return
When making a return, package your item(s) safely so they make it back to us in the condition you received them. Email us at returns@corabelles.us letting us know that a return is on the way back to us with the info that follows. Please give us your name and order number along with your email address. Also let us know which option you would like to proceed with as stated above.
